As everything on our site is handmade to order, all items will take time to complete. Normal delivery will be as soon as possible but please allow up to six weeks. If you have an urgent deadline please contact us so we will be able to accommodate you.

We accept the following payment methods:

Personal Cheque: Please make payable to Michelle Ryder and write your order number and email address on the reverse. This payment method is only available to UK based customers. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.

Paypal: We accept payments via credit or debit card through Paypal, which allows you to send payments securely at no cost to yourself. Please see www.paypal.co.uk

Returns Procedure

Returning Jewellery

We pride ourselves on the quality of work and service provided. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily make alterations or offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided you contact us with your grievances within seven days of delivery. All items must be returned using Royal Mail special delivery service. Handmade By Michelle Ryder is not responsible for the cost of returned items or for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. Please note that all commissions/bespoke items are non-returnable.

Due to legal and sanitary reasons earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty

Returning Cards  

We pride ourselves on the quality of work and service provided. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily to offer a full refund provided you contact us with your grievances within seven days of delivery. The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging and sent back 1 st class within 10 working days. We will not refund the cost of postage.

Delivery:

Jewellery will be sent by Special Delivery. As everything is handmade, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you on time. For delivery outside the UK please ask for prices before ordering. For large orders please ask for confirmation of delivery date. 

Postage and Packaging costs:

Postage is charged at £5.45 per parcel and an additional 80p for each boxed item.

International Shipping:

If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us before ordering, stating your full address and the items you'd like to order. I will then obtain a quote for shipping and provide it to you with no obligation to order.

GREETINGS CARDS

Delivery :

Greeting cards will be sent by first class mail. Orders are very often sent out the same working day, but if possible please allow 2-3 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you on time. For delivery outside the UK please ask for prices before ordering. For large orders please ask for confirmation of delivery date. 

Postage and Packaging costs:

Postage is charged at £1.50 per card and an additional 50p for each extra card.
